The standard of install and workmanship is the answer to attain trouble free performance and longevity of a shower screen.
The following design features and specification details of our frameless shower screens contribute to (but not limited to) our ongoing committment of producing a product of excellence.
Panels are accurately aligned in heights and sit flush to adjacent panels both horizontally and vertically.
Consistent gaps are maintained from top to bottom.
Glass to glass gaps 2 - 3mm
Mould resistant silicone.
Clean and crisp silicone joins for channel glazed sections to wall and any glass to glass panels as required ie the header.
6mm toughened glass headers attached by way of structural grade silicone to lock in adjacent panels
Fully housed for adjustment in hinges to eliminate any door sagging and retain specified gaps between panels
Flexible seal attached to the underside of the glass door to deflect water from the door back into the shower area.
6mm domed water bar to retain water inside shower.
Channel glazed frameless screens are a cost effective frameless option due to reduced processing and installation costs compared to the fully customised bracket fixed frameless. Choosing a chrome channel to wall reflects the bathroom colours, therefore concealing the vertical clear fixing panel edge at the wall. However black channel to the wall is also a popular choice that compliments other bathroom trims and fittings. The fine silicone seal between the glass, channel and wall, combined with a minimal silicone seal at the floor creates the seamless look that is stylish and easy to clean.
